How to find the clinic

The instructions below, along with the map on the right, will help you easily locate Canopy Cancer Care – Ormiston. 

Our clinic is conveniently based near Ormiston Hospital, in the heart of Flat Bush, East Auckland.

When you arrive at Ormiston Hospital, follow the main entrance signs. Canopy Cancer Care in Ormiston is clearly signposted within the hospital building, and our friendly reception team will be ready to greet you on arrival. If you are driving, there is ample on-site parking available for patients and visitors. Dedicated mobility parking spaces are also located near the entrance for your convenience.

For those using public transport, several bus routes service the Ormiston Town Centre area, with stops just a short walk from the hospital. Taxis and rideshare services can drop you directly at the main entrance.

If you need additional assistance finding us on the day of your appointment, please don’t hesitate to call our reception team for guidance. We want your visit to Canopy Cancer Care in Ormiston to be as smooth and stress-free as possible.

 

Making an appointment at Ormiston

Every journey begins with a first step. Your first step will be a referral from your GP or Specialist. The background information they supply will include details of your medical history and the results of recent investigations such as blood tests and scans.

The referral and information will be sent directly to us from your GP or Specialist. As soon as we have this information, one of our schedulers will contact you to make an appointment with one of our oncologists or haematologists.

Follow up appointments

These are usually planned in conjunction with your oncologist or according to your treatment plan. Appointments can also be made by calling us during office hours or by sending an email to [email protected]

What is the cost of an appointment?

The cost of the first appointment is $561.00 incl GST which will take approximately 1 hour. Follow up appointments are $276.00 incl GST and can take 30 minutes. Orientation appointments with your Specialist Nurse are free of charge.

Please note: If you require a consultation with a Canopy doctor to complete your immigration requirements, the cost is $1,000.00 including GST.
