Making an appointment

Every journey begins with a first step.

Your first step will be a referral from your GP or Specialist. The background information they supply will include details of your medical history and the results of recent investigations such as blood tests and scans.

The referral and information will be sent directly to us from your GP or Specialist. As soon as we have this information, one of our schedulers will contact you to make an appointment with one of our oncologists or haematologists.

Please complete your Patient Registration Form and Patient Health History Form before coming in for your appointment. You can either download, complete and submit, or it print and bring it in with you.

Follow up appointments

These are usually planned in conjunction with your oncologist or according to your treatment plan. 

Appointments can also be made by calling us during office hours or by sending an email to your clinics email address.
