How to find the clinic

The instructions below and map on the right will help you find Canopy Cancer Care - Epsom

Car Parking
Parking is available at Allevia Hospital. Please enter through Gate 3 and drive up the ramp to Level 1. On level 1 there are reserved car parks for Canopy Cancer Care patients, close to the Hospital entrance sign. From there you will be directed over the walkway and into Canopy Cancer Care. Due to the construction, there are also additional carparks in the Drop Off area on the ground level by at the front main entrance of the hospital. The best entrance for the ground level parks is Gate 1.

Allevia Hospital has introduced paid parking onsite. Canopy patients will not have to pay for parking, as long as your registration is recorded at Canopy Reception each time you visit the clinic. Please do not pay at the parking machines. There are traffic wardens on site operating between 7.00am and 6.00pm so please remember to log your registration number at Reception each time you visit the clinic to avoid a fine.

Bus
There is a bus stop outside the clinic on Mountain Road.

Other Services
Allevia Hospital is equipped with a number of other facilities and services on site including a pharmacy, cafe, blood testing clinic, radiation oncology and radiology.

Making an appointment at Epsom

Every journey begins with a first step. Your first step will be a referral from your GP or Specialist. The background information they supply will include details of your medical history and the results of recent investigations such as blood tests and scans.

The referral and information will be sent directly to us from your GP or Specialist. As soon as we have this information, one of our schedulers will contact you to make an appointment with one of our oncologists or haematologists.

  1. Referral from GP or specialist

  3. Chemotherapy treatment
  4. Follow up appointment

Follow up appointments

These are usually planned in conjunction with your oncologist or according to your treatment plan. Appointments can also be made by calling us during office hours or by sending an email to [email protected]

What is the cost of an appointment?

The cost of the first appointment is $561.00 incl GST which will take approximately 1 hour. Follow up appointments are $276.00 incl GST and can take 30 minutes. Orientation appointments with your Specialist Nurse are free of charge.

Please note: If you require a consultation with a Canopy doctor to complete your immigration requirements, the cost is $1,000.00 including GST.
