What to expect

Your sessions will be tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. Depending on your location, you may meet with a Health Psychologist or counsellor.

Our clinicians are experienced in supporting people through all stages of the cancer journey and will work alongside you to develop approaches that suit your individual circumstances.

Support may include:

  • One-on-one counselling
  • Emotional support and guidance
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Emotional wellbeing services are available through selected Canopy Cancer Care locations.
